1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SNC POS ("the Service"), provided by Synchronize Core ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SNC POS is a cloud-native Point of Sale system providing inventory management, financial tracking, and franchise synchronization services.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
4. Fees and Payments
Subscription fees are billed in accordance with your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities, reverse engineer the platform, or attempt to bypass security measures.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service and its content are owned by Synchronize Core.
7. Data Ownership
You (the Merchant) own the data processed through your POS system. We act as a data processor for the delivery of the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synchronize Core shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
